Valid chars in Junco attributes

Verify valid chars for:

* passwords - *alphanumeric and !@$%^&*
* usenames - 1 to 30 chars long, alphanumeric and underscore
* email addresses
* hashtags

-I believe alphanumeric and underscore are the valid chars for the above.-
