migrating tt blog and wiki posts to junco

if automating this procedure, do the following to the markup:

* replace tag=name with #name
* remove commands such as:
** frontpage=
** comments=
** any others

in the title:

* replace colon punct with a hyphen or space-hyphen-space

maybe run import procedure separately for blog and wiki posts.
