Resolved - Add pound sign and period punctuation buttons to phone and tablet displays

Too many keystrokes required to add the pound sign for hash tags and period for separator on a phone. Both are important for micro blog posts. So for phone display, add JavaScript button links at top or right side of text area box for micro blog posts on phone display only.

Update: after testing with Mom's iPad mini, need to add the pound sign button to tablet displays too. 

Update again: should the hyphen punct sign also be added?

*Update 8May2013:* Added buttons for bold, italic, link, hyphen, period, and pound sign to blog post creation and blog post edit for screen widths less than and equal to 1024px. So it displays on my 9.7 in HP tablet in both portrait and landscape modes. 

*Update 8May2013:* Added the pound sign and hyphen button links to the front page microblog textarea box, and they are displayed along the right side of the box. 

*-To-Do:- Done 8May2013* Need to verify the microblog text area box buttons display properly on iPhone. (Works fine on iPhone.)
