Knitting scarf number two

Currently, I'm knitting a smaller scarf. 

* It's 8 cm wide (~ 3 1/4 in).
* It will end up being 50 inches long.
* I'm using number 9 needles.
* 12 stitches per row.

As stated above, I'm using number US 9 needles to knit 12 stitches at 3 1/4 inches.
