We left home around 9:00 a.m. and returned home around 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. Another fine day visiting and shopping at local businesses.

** and maybe one or two other items
* Black Kite Coffee
** we shared two dishes: french toast with cherries and real whipped cream and a polenta dish that also contained a fried egg, grilled portabella, tomato, spinach, fresh basil, mozzarella, and tasty balsamic reduction
* Titgemeier's
** bought a 50-pound bag of white millet
** we surveyed the beer-making supplies

** at least a dozen people hanging out knitting with a couple possibly taking a class
** large yarn selection
** located in Ottawa Lake, Michigan
** north on Secor Rd
** left or west on Stearns Rd a mile or two
** we bought some yarn
* Yarn Company
** small yarn shop
** located on Secor Rd between Sylvania and Laskey
** browsed and spoke with the owner who provides free lessons on Saturdays  until June. She's closed on Saturdays in the summer.
** I went back and bought yarn on Mon, Mar 17.
