Add text resizer links

*implemented on 8Aug2013:* added five diff sizes. very small (80%), small (90%), medium (default 100%), large (110%), and very large (120%).

Possible idea.

Like at Toledo Talk, implement the links, actions, and css to change font size.

<app>/textsize/small
<app>/textsize/medium
<app>/textsize/large

Can use ctrl + or ctrl - to change font size for a site within a desktop/laptop browser.

Could double-tap on content on a tablet to increase the font size.

But may provide the triple-a links to make it easier to change font size on all devices. 

Maybe the default font size is too big or too small, so provide easy option to modify.
