Bottling our Imperial Stout

* bottled on Sat, May 3, 2014
* our final gravity (FG) was 1.018.
* alcohol by volume (ABV) was 8.14%
* goal ABV was 9.5%, so we had efficiency problems, probably on brew day.
* produced 51 bottles
* gave six-pack to JP who helped us bottle
* the first bottle filled and capped was placed up to be served at some special date
* we drank one bottle on Sat eve, May 10 for testing. it was low carbonated, but it tasted fine. we'll wait another week before trying another one.
