Ideal. Today, we bottled our one-gallon batch of Belgian trippel that we brewed on June 4. Late this aft and eve, we brewed a five gallon batch. Our first five gallon batch at home. It took over five hours to complete. The recipe came from the current issue of Brew magazine from their SMASH article: Single Malt and Single Hop. It's a saison. At approximately 9:35 pm Barney and I went for long drive to calm him and me from the hood terrorworks. We drove south on i75. Turned around at 145 exit for ohio northern university. On way back stopped at mcdonalds at north Baltimore exit. Barney got a hamburger. It was a relaxing drive. Listened to the radio. No close explosions. We got home at 11:45 pm and the hood terrorworks still cont.
