h1. Crosby Art Festival - Sun, Jun 29, 2014 I attended this excellent art festival from about 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I would have stayed longer, but small storms popped up, and, of course, I left the windows up at home. The storms, however, stayed away from the art festival and missed west Toledo, so I could have stayed. more. I bought two paintings. One was a watercolor by Lu Fuller of Kentucky Farm Studio and the other a pastel by Anne Kindl. Some of the artists that I enjoyed: * Deb Link - Galena, OH - oil painter. I saw her at the Country Living Fair in Columbus a year or two ago. She produces great landscapes. Some day, I'd like to purchase one of her large originals. * A. Cesar Nogueira - stone bird carver or sculptor. this guy produced amazing works. ** http://mwmosespottery.blogspot.com/2011/05/one-of-highlights-of-2011-pensacola.html ** http://www.theguild.org/artists/cesar-nogueira/ * Shared Lives Studio - great to see this Toledo org present, and they brought some wonderful items. * Jack Pine - glass pumpkin artist - seen this artist's work at the B'ville Pumpkin Festival the last two years and at last year's Country Living Fair in Columbus.
