Maftoul Salad

Last Fri, Jul 18, 2014 DD and I shopped at the new Mediterranean market, located near us that opened this year called "Al Habib.":http://al-habibmarket.com  Fun store to browse. They have a butcher. They provide take-out meals too. Big menu. It's like a small restaurant, located inside a market. They make their own pita bread on site. 

We bought some items, and DD made Maftoul Salad from the recipe located on the back of a box of "Whole Wheat Maftoul Mogorabia Mediterranean Couscous."

DD added a cucumber from our garden in the salad. Very tasty dish.
