Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is making no promises to keep the Jeep Wrangler in Toledo, but a company spokesman on Wednesday promised that company officials would be analyzing the *package of incentives* being assembled by the city of Toledo.

“We are continuing to study the business case with regard to Wrangler production and will take the state of *Ohio and city of Toledo’s proposal* into consideration,” Fiat Chrysler spokesman Jodi Tinson said Wednesday. 

*The city has not released details of its proposal.*

Fiat Chrysler will not pay to build a new plant, but they may  accept "our" offer to pay for a new plant.

Didn't something like this happen about 20 years ago?
