Between 9:52 and 9:59 a.m., the power flashed off and on multiple times. 

As of 10:47 a.m., the power has remained off since since 9:59 a.m. 

The First Energy outage map shows reports mainly in the area defined by the roads of Secor, Central, and Monroe.


Power back on at 9:48 am.
