h1. NWS Alerts Atom Feeds For watches, warnings, and advisories. Unfortunately, this atom feed config does not contain info about Hazardous Weather Outlooks, Short Term Forecasts, etc. For these useful statements, the custom XML file generated by the NWS for each county or zone must be processed. I wish the NWS would simplify this even more, like the way the SPC does with their mesoscale discussions. br. I think the county codes are used for warnings and county zone codes are used for watches and advisories, but if each county has its own zone code, then why have a separate code for each county.
