Bell tweeted only three times in June and three times in July. In the past 24 hours, Bell has tweeted and retweeted  nine times. Relatively speaking, that's a significant increase in activity. His "Facebook page":https://www.facebook.com/MikeBellToledo has also seen a sudden burst of activity in the past 24 hours.

Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.,  Bell will use Periscope, most likely to announce his mayoral candidacy.
