* make appropriate DNS changes
* on server:
** cd /home
** mkdir 'dirname'
** cd 'dirname'
** git clone http:// (waxwing repo)
** cd Waxwing/couchdb
** vim create-db.sh  [change db name]
** ./create-db.sh
** vim create-author.sh [make appropriate changes]
** ./create-author.sh
