with the overnight storms and morning warm frontal  passage ... there is a good chance we stay locked in with clouds late enough into [Wed] afternoon to prevent the instability to achieve its  full potential.

we could be dealing with a few  strong storms regardless.

best window for  strong to svr storms would fall in the 18-02z window [2pm - 10pm]
