I can't make that claim, living in West Toledo for 14+ plus years. I refuse to park on our street. But it _has_ been only minor issues, such as the catalytic converter being removed from my stepdaughter's clunker and a smash-and-grab through the driver's window our neighbor's car who lived directly across from us. Around the corner from us, a homeowner's pickup truck was stolen recently. It's just stuff, so I'm not too bothered.
