... A strong thunderstorm will affect northeastern Noble... central
Guernsey and west central Belmont counties... 

At 942 PM EDT... a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of
Newcomerstown... or 9 miles north of Cambridge... moving southeast at 30
mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and dime size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include... 
Barnesville... Antrim... Quaker City... Lore City... Old Washington... 
Salesville... Fairview... Batesville... Birmingham... Salt Fork State Park
and Kimbolton.

This includes the following highways... 
  Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 185 and 200.
 
  Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 51 and 59.
