During the alleged water crisis of August 2014, the city of Toledo posted to Twitter only one time. The city used Facebook for a few hours, and then the posts dwindled to hardly anything. It was a terrible use of the internet.

Hopefully, the intern will actively inform us about the leaf pickup schedule, which is usually plus or minus 14 days, since it's a fluid schedule.
