tt post sep 9, 2016 about internet access bq. _"I am strongly considering Toast.net's DSL, but I keep seeing mixed reviews. If anyone has any input (I think jr uses it, but not sure if he has broadband or DSL), I'd like to hear it. I like the fact that there are no data caps, but when I previously had DSL (through AT&T) the signal dropped frequently."_ My "comment":http://toledotalk.com/cgi-bin/tt.pl/article/198663#205417 in the cutting cable thread: q. We've been using Toast.net's various offerings since the late 1990s. Currently, we use their high-speed service that's via AT&T U-verse. The $38 per month option. For us, no cable TV, no satellite TV, and no landline. We're coasting with Toast.net, Roku, and Verizon. q.. "At the Toast.net website,":http://toast.net/services/dsl/ we are using the DSL 6 option. We're empty nesters. I have not experienced a frequent drop in signal, and my wife and I work from home a fair amount. Much of the time, I'm logged into a remote server, working at the command prompt, and I couldn't tolerate a service that dropped even infrequently.
