And this spring, he got "slapped":http://www.toledoblade.com/Courts/2017/05/18/Washington-Local-board-member-s-request-for-protection-order-against-Hickey-denied.html with a restraining order or at least commanded by a judge not to have contact with someone. He must be proud of those achievements, since he's running for a school board seat. Banned from school district property.
