Early in the morning daylight hours yesterday, Jan 1, 2014, the snow band stretched west to east through northern Lucas County, so it snowed in West Toledo, near the Michigan border, but it appeared that it was not snowing in southwest Lucas County where Toledo Express Airport is located. Our snow ended around 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Jan 1 as the snow band shifted north of the border, but the snowfall resumed again around 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Jan 1. It's possible that northern Lucas County, including our neighborhood, received a few more hours of snowfall than Toledo Express Airport yesterday morning, Jan 1, 2014.
