Toledo Talk is a message board, discussing the news and events in the Toledo area, including northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, which is sometimes known as [Lake Erie West].
Toledo Talk began in January 2003. Here's the about page for the first version of Toledo Talk.

Toledo Talk provides wiki functionality as an option to the user. The user never has to use the features or functions associated with a wiki app.
Homegrown software written in Perl powered the old version and now the current version of Toledo Talk.
