Canning Corn Salsa - Sep 21, 2014
Sunday afternoon and evening, I shucked corn and grilled corn, peppers, and onions. DD did the rest, which was a lot: preparing jars, slicing and roasting tomatoes, mixing, cooking, canning, etc. The final product was 29 pint jars of corn salsa. One casualty. A jar with contents broke at the end.
