• Anderson's market beer tasting - scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being great
  • lager 3
  • he'brew IPA session ale 2 - def get bitter in after taste
  • nut brown ale - 1
  • pass the beer dark beer - 2
  • rye IPA - 1 - too hoppy / bitter
• we brewed a 2-gallon batch of apple crisp ale
• we dumped our 5-gallon batch of trippel and our 5-gallon batch of our wit. both contained off-flavors. wit was over-carbonated. trippel was severely over-carbonated with geysers shooting up several inches. funny.
• surprisingly, we found a bottle from the one-gallon trippel that we brewed in june. this was the good trippel and it still tasted great.
