I would say these Blade opinions lean more toward a lack of trust in city government and not a hypersensitive public.

It's fine for Bowling Green, Oregon, Port Clinton, and even Carroll Township to follow the EPA guidelines and only test the raw water once or twice a week.

But Toledo should be in an EPA penalty box and be required to test more often.
