Aug 12, 2015 - Toledo Blade - Marijuana-legalization issue headed for Ohio ballot - Secretary of State OKs signatures for proposed constitutional amendment

I assume that "legalization" means that we can grow marijuana at home, just like home-brewing beer or growing tomatoes.
