"Does anybody have any current news about the environmental company that 2-4 years ago was supposed to build a building between ESM and CoT public utilities complex?"

No current news, but the company is Hull & Associates, which, according to its website, still lists its Toledo office as being located on Glendale Ave.

According to a September 2013 Blade story, the company had planned to move into its new downtown Toledo office, located near the Erie Street Market, in the fall of 2014. Obviously, the building has yet to be built.

"The cleanup portion is just about complete,” company spokesman Kara Allison said Wednesday. “The physical work is done. We’re wrapping up the paperwork part.”
Officials expect to submit paperwork to the Ohio EPA for final approval by Sept. 27 [2013].

In 2013, the proposed new building was mentioned on the company's Facebook page. Maybe post a comment, asking for an update.
