Of course, the tweet contained an image of the statement in order to make the blob of "text" fit within a 140-character post. It's not Ignazio's fault. That's the way it is in 2016. 
Someday, we might get back the technological advancements that existed on the web in 1996.

Regarding the Southwyck Property the City of Toledo has for sale:
- There is no executed purchase agreement at this time.
- The City received an offer that sought acceptance by close of business on May 24. Because of concerns with the proposed terms, the City submitted comments to the offerer for consideration. The parties are continuing to negotiate in good faith.
- We have a listing agreement with the Harmon Group and remain confident in the firm's ability to assist us with selling the property in 2016.
