At 133 PM EDT... a strong thunderstorm was located near Byesville... or
near Cambridge... moving east at 25 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Barnesville... Cadiz... Byesville... Bethesda... Antrim... Flushing...
Quaker City... Senecaville... Belmont... Holloway... Lore City...
New Athens... Morristown... Old Washington... Salesville... Piedmont...
Fairview... Salt Fork State Park...
barkcamp State Park and Piedmont Lake.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 181 and 213.

Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 39 and 43... and between
mile markers 49 and 52.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm... and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Tornado Warning

... A Tornado Warning remains in effect until 230 PM EDT for
northeastern Belmont... southeastern Jefferson... Ohio and southwestern
Brooke counties...

at 204 PM EDT... a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near St. Clairsville... moving east at 25 mph.

Hazard... tornado.

Source... radar indicated rotation.

Impact... flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs... windows... and vehicles will occur. Tree damage
is likely.

This dangerous storm will be near... Wheeling... Martins
Ferry... Warwood and Bethlehem around 220 PM EDT. Clearview and
Tiltonsville around 225 PM EDT. West Liberty... Triadelphia and
Valley Grove around 230 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Clinton... Rayland... Mount Pleasant... Yorkville... Dillonvale... Beech
Bottom... Bridgeport... Brookside... Windsor Heights and Brilliant.
