Our local CBS station prioritizes the Browns. Local Fox station, the Lions.

CBS is primarily the AFC and Fox the NFC.

When a game features a team from both conferences, then I don't know how the networks decide.

Tomorrow, the Browns play the Ravens at 1:00 p.m.. Both teams are from the AFC. That's obviously a CBS game.

Lions (NFC) plays the Titans (AFC) at 1:00 p.m. CBS got that game. And that's why the Lions won't air on a Toledo station.

Same thing happens sometimes when the Browns play an NFC team, and Fox airs the game, and the game occurs at the same time as the Lions game that airs on Fox.

If one of the games tomorrow aired at 4:00 p.m., and CBS had the doubleheader, then we would see both.

But if one game aired at 4:00 p.m., and CBS did not have the doubleheader, then we would only see the Browns game.

Fox and CBS approximately alternate doubleheader weekends.
