  • "It's 2016, it's okay to build a website that doesn't work without JavaScript." -- that's an error in punctuation. use a period not a comma after 2016.

i would say that it's somewhat okay to build a web APP that requires a user to login and the web app doesn't work without javascript.

but a website that permits browsing-only users should work without javascript. that helps people with slow connections and old devices.
