Midnight golf cart drag racing on Adams Street might be fun to watch, especially when the boys from Lenawee County trailer their camouflaged rides into town.

Regarding Toledo's new golf cart ordinance, I have a feeling that Toledo will survive this crisis. Other cities have managed okay with the implementation.

But then again, if any city could fuck it up, Vegas oddsmaker would pick Toledo, Ohio.
