I don't know about Fallen Timbers today, but years ago, someone made the observation that FT contained few if any stores that were unique to this area. Consumers could find the same stores along Route 20 in Rossford/Perrysburg, along Airport Highway, along Monroe Street in West Toledo and Sylvania, etc.

But apparently, Levis Commons contains numerous stores that are unique to the Toledo market, making LC more of a destination-type attraction for consumers.
