I read this article yesterday. It still exists. The day of the month in this working article is the 27th. The one above that does not work contains the 26th.

If the city has the time to inspect the recycle containers that are mismanaged by knuckleheads, then what about the blight issue, addressed by this Jun 26, 2017 Blade editorial?

Blight became a hot topic three years ago at this time.
