Valid chars in Junco attributes

Verify valid chars for:

• passwords - alphanumeric and !@$%^&
• usenames - 1 to 30 chars long, alphanumeric and underscore
• email addresses - email must be shorter than 256 chars and valid syntax
• hashtags
