for perl client code on server, change action 'showmessage' to 'message.'

in message db table, add one or more of the following columns:
- last_message_date
- last_message_author_name
- last_message_id
for the message that starts a new 'thread,' the above columns contain same info as the standard columns for the message, or they are left with system defaults. either way, the columns' data is only displayed by client perl code when reply count exceeds zero. see toledo talk homepage for ideas.
