Migrating tt blog and wiki posts to junco

if automating this procedure, do the following to the markup:

• replace tag=name with #name
• remove commands such as:
  • frontpage=
  • comments=
  • any others

in the title:

• replace colon punct with a hyphen or space-hyphen-space

maybe run import procedure separately for blog and wiki posts.
