- drank our first bottle on Wed eve, May 14, 2014, and it tasted surprisingly good. It was well-carbonated.
- we liked this smooth-tasting beer. we may purchase more Northern Brewer one-gallon extract kits for home brewing during the week when we have less time. this extract method took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete while the all-grain method takes 3 to 3.5 hours.
