DD and I ate dinner at one of our favorite little spots: Sori Sushi.

I ordered:
- Miso (soup)
- Tuna Lover- Tuna Nigiri (3) Spicy Tuna roll (8) & Tuna Roll (8)
- a glass of plum wine
- for dessert, one tamago (sweet egg, rice, and seaweed)
While at Sori Sushi, the TV was set to a World Cup soccer match between Russia and South Korea. The Sori staff were interested in the match. We saw most of the second half and both goals. The score ended in a 1-1 tie.
After Sori Sushi, we got a drink at the nearby Bier Stube, which has a good selection of beer on draft and in bottle.
Here at Bier Stube, we offer over 60 selections on draught!
I ordered the Ommegang Abbey Ale (Dubbel).
DD ordered the Two Brothers : Domaine Dupage (French Country Ale).
French Country AleInspired by the brothers time living in France, this food-friendly ale is deep amber in color, with a toasty and sweet caramel start. It finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appetit!
We shared our beers. Both tasted great, but I think that I liked DD's better. I like the Ommegang brewery because they focus on Belgian-style beers.
We were home at 9:04 p.m. It was a breezy, warm evening. It was pleasant to be outside with the dying light. Big cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds dotted the attractive sky. The sky scenery can be dramatic with a low sun and clouds of all different types at different levels of the atmosphere.
DD and I sat outside in our backyard at 9:15 p.m. We drank our homemade Belgian Wit beer and maybe another one of our brewskis. We also sat on our swing.
Fine summer evening in T-town.
