Notifications on smartphones. Staying connected and current.

For Blackberry uses 4 to 7 years ago, email prob never diminished.

Email was pronounced dead or supposedly waning around 2003 - 2006.

Maybe the rise of the smartphone at same time as social networks gave email new life.
