My thoughts on seasonal craft beers

I place zero importance on the seasons. I simplify the process and drink good beer (and bourbon) that's available whenever.

Such a beverage will taste good whether it's a Level III, raging snowstorm or, like a couple weeks ago, 93 degrees with a thousand percent humidity.

I don't comprehend the correlation between weather and the alcohol beverage of choice.

For beer, I recommend going to Marino's Beverage Depot, located at 5829 Monroe St in Sylvania and walk into the cooler and grab a large bottle of La Trappe Dubbel.

Or to keep it local, buy the Toledo Eclipse Breakfast Stout, made by the Maumee Bay Brewing Company.

Those two beers along with somebody's saison is about all that I need. Some beers that we like cost $5 to $8 per ~12 oz bottle, which is why we brew our own beer.
