Installing Waxwing

• make appropriate DNS changes
• on server:
  • cd /home
  • mkdir 'dirname'
  • cd 'dirname'
  • git clone http:// (waxwing repo)
  • cd Waxwing/couchdb
  • vim create-db.sh [change db name]
  • ./create-db.sh
  • vim create-author.sh [make appropriate changes]
  • ./create-author.sh
