Is he still banned from school district property? If so, and if he gets elected to the school board, then he'll have to "attend" meetings via video/audio.

He was the sitting school district superintendent who was forced to resign due to questionable behavior. Then he got banned from school property for "disturbing, disruptive, embarrassing, and inappropriate" behavior. And this spring, he got slapped with a restraining order or at least commanded by a judge not to have contact with someone.

He must be proud of those achievements, since he's running for a school board seat.

Banned from school district property. Now that's an accomplishment, especially for the school district's superintendent. I assume that's an uncommon circumstance in the United States.
