Fix YouTube embed code
Unfortunately, ampersand signs are getting encoded. The & sign can be a valid character that's part of a YouTube video URL.
Why is the old-style YouTube embed code with object and param tags working, partially? Or is it. For some reason, the video is embedded, and the object and param code is displayed visually.
The object and param tags are suppose to be ignored and encoded so that they display, but why is the video still being embedded?
