Bottling our Imperial Stout

• bottled on Sat, May 3, 2014
• our final gravity (FG) was 1.018.
• alcohol by volume (ABV) was 8.14%
• goal ABV was 9.5%, so we had efficiency problems, probably on brew day.
• produced 51 bottles
• gave six-pack to JP who helped us bottle
• the first bottle filled and capped was placed up to be served at some special date
• we drank one bottle on Sat eve, May 10 for testing. it was low carbonated, but it tasted fine. we'll wait another week before trying another one.
