Best Web Story of the Year

Blogger (and weblogging trend). It's a tool
that enables thousands and thousands of
individuals to self-publish. It has made
web celebrities of many and has sparked a
movement that will greatly impact the way we
filter news, get information, and think of
community. Oh yeah, and since the funding environment
went south, Blogger has had only one fulltime employee.
That, friends, is a little thing we call the internet.
