Sori Sushi

It's one of our favorite restaurants. Small place. I prefer to sit at the bar/counter so that we can watch Kenny prepare the food. Good show.

Sori waits on us. She also created the beautiful art that hangs on the walls. Cozy atmosphere.

Last night, Aug 16, 2013, we ordered:

• Kinsen Plum Wine
• Maguro Tuna
• Hamachi Yellow Tail
• Sake Salmon
• Philadelphia Roll
• Tekka Maki Tuna Roll
• Asparagus Roll
• Tamago Egg

Normally, we also order the soup, salad, and tea, but I wanted to save room for more sushi.

The Tekka Maki, Asparagus roll, and Hamachi were my favorites.

We always order the Philly roll, but I like tuna better than salmon.

Next time: will try the fatty tuna and the tuna that's wrapped in seaweed like a cone.

We end each visit with "dessert" by ordering the sweet egg Tamago. Scrump.

We always have a great meal at Sori Sushi.
