September 2012 Toledo Talk post by user GTVT titled Toledo Neighborhood Names & Boundaries MAP

Excerpts:

Having spent 2 days in Government One Center and talking to each and every City and Lucas County Department related to Data Collection / Maps on my quest for a map, as stated on another post, there is no OFFICIAL neighborhood map.

Everyone I talked to thought it was a brilliant idea and wants a copy when I am done, and was told the City has always needed one but that was the end of their support. I even talked to one of the heads of a department, and they stated that some of the names sounded like Urban Folklore.

I believe I have exhausted the Internet in finding all of the NAMES (very little help with the boarders) to compile the list below (took 1 week for this alone) now I want approach City Council for their input and support, to determine the requirements needed to create a City Council Adoptable OFFICIAL Map.

Here is the list compiled so far, and it does add roughly 20-30 new neighborhoods from the list posted on another thread.

Access GTVT's post to view the Toledo neighborhood list that is larger than what's shown at City-Data.com.
