Resolved - Add keyboard shortcuts to split-screen typing mode

update 26aug2013:

• work in progress
• ctrl+P = preview
• ctrl+U = single-screen mode
• ctrl+S = save
• have only tested in Chrome browser on Windows laptop.
• need to test with HP and iPad tablets, using the Apple Bluetooth keyboard.
  • testing completed on 27Aug2013 - works fine
